About Alexus
Born into a family of realtors, Alexus Arnold found her passion for real estate early in life, gaining an inherent knowledge the market in her hometown, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding areas like Calabasas, Malibu, Hollywood Hills, and Pasadena. While attending California State University Channel Islands in pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts in Business and an Associate of Arts in Communications, Alexus worked full time as a transaction coordinator and property manager, positions which highlighted her keen eye for detail and organization. In 2016, Alexus became a licensed California realtor and joined Atlas Realty Group as an associate, working on sales, investments, acquisitions, and asset management projects throughout Southern California.
